Our early seedlings getting sun in the greenhouse
Gorgeous purple romaine lettuce- our favorite for ceasar salads
Fluffy butts enjoying a diet that gives them dark yellow eggs full of omega-3 fatty acids
One of our favs- salad bowl lettuce thriving in early spring
Our first batch of Ranger broiler chickens moved out to pasture in a chicken tractor. The tractor moves daily giving them fresh pasture to forage. Our second batch is now in the brooder until they are old enough to go out to pasture in a second chicken tractor. We chose the Ranger breeds as an alternative to fast-growing broiler chicks because we believe a higher quality breed leads to higher quality meat. This breed is known for producing more yellow omega-3 fat and less saturated fat.

We added some honeybees to our farm crew. They will pollinate for more prolific vegetable growing while making delicious honey. We are building more hives to add honey to our market list.
